Bookings and Appointments Policy
- I will only make bookings for appointments on the telephone.
Text messages cannot be used to make appointments or to answer questions or
provide information. Email may be used to ask questions and to provide information but not to book
appointments.
- I will only respond to calls made on the telephone which
release the calling number. The number will be kept confidential and used for
my own personal record for my safety and security and to enable me to
distinguish between genuine callers and time wasters. The number will not be
used to contact you unless you specifically request me to do so. The number
will not be passed to any other party except to other ladies offering a
similar service to myself and only when there is justifiable concern over safety or
security or you do not appear genuine in seeking an appointment.
- I will not reply to text messages unless they relate to
an already booked appointment.
- Only bookings made at least 24 hours before the
appointment for the first visit or at least 2 hours before the appointment for
subsequent visits will be accepted although more notice is preferred. There is
no guarantee that an appointment can be offered at short notice.
- Once an appointment has been made, the time will be
reserved for you until you confirm or cancel by phone or text message. Cancellation
is accepted at any time although you are requested to make the cancellation as
early as possible so that your slot can be rebooked. Confirmation is required by phone the day before the appointment for bookings made more than
two days in advance. On the first visit, confirmation must also be given by
phone on the day of the appointment at least 1 hour before the appointment
when final details will be given to you. Failure to make the
necessary confirmation calls may result in you losing your appointment. It is
important to call to confirm rather than send a text message as there may be
last minute details to discuss. Additionally I reserve the right to cancel
appointments at short notice should an emergency arise. No liability is
accepted for any consequential loss resulting from a cancelled appointment.
- No telephone calls will be answered on a Friday when my
telephone is normally switched off. Telephone calls made outside my normal
working hours may not be answered unless by prior arrangement.
- Failure to attend an appointment within half an hour of
the appointment time will result in cancellation unless notification has been
received that you will be delayed.
- Persistent failure to attend appointments will result
in you being barred from making any more appointments.
- I reserve the right to refuse the booking and also to
refuse entry into my home for an already booked appointment if I feel at risk
or that you are not genuine. I will not in any case see anyone who is clearly under the
influence of alcohol or drugs either when they make the booking or when they
arrive.
